Hi,
I would like to use AB for 2 purposes:
1. Scan for daily/weekly patterns
2. Draw intraday charts of the stocks identified in step 1.
Right now, I am having to set up 2 databases: One daily and the other
1-minute. I download daily history into one database (yahoo) and
download intraday history into the other (Quote.com). I get quotes
through Quotetracker for the daily database (whole market > 5000
stocks) and get quotes through IB plugin for intraday database. Right
now I open up 2 instances of Amibroker which along with Quotetracker
and IB TWS tend to slow down my PC. If you are mixing daily and
intraday data, could you please share your experience and any tips.
