Title: Message
Tomasz,
Groups
doesnt solve my original problems to have intraday padded data, does
it? Because of the liquidity problems for most stocks in Australia. Most of
them have holes throughout the day. If the intraday empty bars are padded in.
Whatever trendline you draw would not end up like these two attached. Even if I
went and adjust the lines after changing the timeframe, the pitchforks will
still be incorrect as the angles would be different. I could think of
re-exporting the data as padded and re-importing again, but if there is a
way within the current functionality of amibroker, I'd like to know that very
much. If now, can it be added in the future? thanks
Paul.

You don't seem to aware of features that are already there. There
are not only per-database RTH and ETH but also PER-GROUP settings
Go
to Symbol->Categories
click "GROUPS" tab
then click "This
group uses OWN INTRADAY SETTINGS" and click on "INTRADAY SETTINGS"
button.
This is of course described in the User Guide: http://www.amibroker.com/guide/w_dbsettings.html
Best
