Absolutely not. Proxomitron is quite an "intelligent" piece of code.
It basically runs with default settings, filters all the junk
automatically. You might have to change a few parameters depending on
your browser type, version, etc. I have it for two years and wuoldn't
start my browser without it. By now there might be some other filters
on the market but I didn't bother checking because it runs so good.
