He mention about the better method to measure OB/OS
by using detrended oscillator with the formular
c-ma(c,7)
and recommend to compare above value with the average
of detrended osc of the last six month. (use only the
top three peak in the last six month to compute
average value).
My difficulties is to find the average from the top
three peak of (c-ma(c,7)) during the last six month.
Any suggestion ? Thanks.
