You can delete Markets,Groups,Industries, and Watchlists from Organize
Assignments.
Just select the whole window by rtclk first and shift rtclk last.

I somehow imported several csv lists of stocks from AIQ, over 100
symbols and they came into markets, groups and Sectors/Services.
Have no idea why this would happen.

I do not want them in these places!I renamed them now I want to
delete ALL under Groups. Each consists of 100 stocks.
   Groups
    Real Time
    Nasdaq 100
    VL-100

How can I delete the several lists? I have tried help as Delete
Groups but nothing comes up.

I found out how to do it under Watch lists and Favorites, but this
does not work under Groups  Markets and Sectors
