Is there a way to include "volume" in the last line and after
"close"? When the formula is modified to include "volume" then the
"close" value is shown to the right of the volume (because it's
Plot(Close, ...) statement, of course):

Date: 05-03-18
Value: 20.00
Open = 19.50
High = 22.35
Low = 18.75
Close = 21.00
Volume = 2,559,351 = 21.00

Here is the modified formula (using NumToStr instead of WriteVal):

Plot(C ,"Open = "+NumToStr(O,1.3)+"\n"+"High = "+N
umToStr(H,1.3)+"\n"+"Low = "+NumToStr(L,1.3)+"\n"+"Close =
