We seem to have lost some options in the "preferences" section
Example: Way can't we add Volume to the right or left hand edge of
the charts anymore.
Also, It would be nice if we could add Volume at Price to AFL
language, so as to be able to use Highest Value of Volume At Price
in AA scans/screens.
