It looks like you are trying to graph 2 arrays with different scales.  For  
this you need to use the Plot function with "styleownscale" like this:

HH = Hour(); MM = Minute();
Plot(TimeFrameGetPrice("H",inDaily,0),"",colorYellow,styleOwnScale+styleLine);
Plot(HH*100+MM,"",colorRed,styleLine+styleOwnScale);
