[amibroker] Looking for steps to cnct AB to IB

I'm using Pro version and am looking for steps to connect 
AB to RT IB.   The steps provide on the website at:
http://www.amibroker.com/ib.html
does not seem to work.  The plug-in status on
AB continues to say 'ERR' or shutdown.   I have
downloaded the lastest version of the InstallAX.exe.
Also I've indicated on TWS to enable sockets and active x.

I already have a database that was previously connected
to TC2000 and would like to use it if possible.

Any directions, highly appreciated.
