ASX Setup for AmiBroker.

V20050307 - All Scripts revised for better error handling.
      - Main documentaion revised into one file.
      - Updates of GICS, SampleDB etc.
      - Minor Bug fixes.
      - New S&P Auto downloader.
      - Tested with AmiBroker V4.70.
    
V20041126 - Minor additions to DB Categories - No changes to scripts etc.
      - Archive now named "AmiBroker ASX Setup"
 
V20040418 - ReWrite of documentation.
      - Addition of ASX-PreShunt.js to automate more of GICS setup process.
      - Small code changes to ASX-Shunter.js - Still V3 (No change to 
Operation).
 
V20040325 - Removal of SubGroups - Data is not readly available & not 
particualy usefull.
      - Replacement of ASX industry conversion (.XLS) file to JScript.
      - New JScript GICS conversion streamline the setup/update process.
      - Normal updates of Sample DB, Profile and GICS data.
      - Small Change to ASX-Shunter.js (Now V3).
      - Other Minor changes to SampleDB structure.
 
V20040210 - Addition of "Index Composite" Industries.
      - Addition of Forex, World Indicies & Precious Metals Markets.
      - Not Released.
 
V20040103 - Rename 'Delisted' in Market/Group to 'Not Trading'.
      - Swapped around Groups 'Composites' & 'Not Trading'.
        * Now Market/Group ID Numbers match for NoQuotes & NotTrading
      - Major changes to ASX-Shunter.js (Now Automaticaly handles 
NoQuotes & NotTrading).  
      - Ammended GICS update section (As per changes to ASX-Shunter.js)
        - Normal updates of Sample DB, Profile and GICS data.
 
V20031221 - Fix S&P ticker lists. Was saved as unicode text, Changed to 
ASCII Text.
      - Additions to GICS update section. (ASX-Shunter.js and additional 
instructions).
      - Normal updates of Sample DB, Profile and GICS data.
 
V20031211 - Release of 2004 ready ASX setup.
