I'll
try your first suggestion. However, I would normally right click save as, but
for some reason, float doesn't work that way. Don't ask me why!

Make sure the date format in wizard
import is same as in the data
float has YYMMDD
try just right
click and "save target as". You may be bringing in some non-text characters
with download
