[amibroker] forex database issue

Is anyone else having an issue with esignal
data feed into ab 4.60.

I lose daily candles and have to constantly flush and force backfill.

I am getting zero response from tech spt, via email since you cant
fone anyone and it is getting VERY OLD.
Great product but they are really falling short on their tech. spt.

Is it my system or them?

I am using following:

Base Time EOD
Loading 1100 bars
show 24 hrs (no filtering)
check filter w/e
start day 0900 end 1700
start night 1701 end 0859
daily time compress  day/night defined above
