[amibroker] Stock Setup Wizards

I was looking throught the older posts and I came across the US 
stock setup Wizard. It has all the symbols grouped by market etc...

Is there a source for other lists like this particularly the 
Canadian exchanges?

I would like to be able to download the Market information that 
includes the company name, etc...
