[amibroker] AB run safely as non Admin user, some questions...

Hi list,
I've come across these obstacles:
If AB is run as non-admin user under Win XP it does not show the four
Customization Tools like "Auto-update quotes (US and Canada)", e.t.c.
Plus AQ 1.71 cannot successfully import into AB downloaded quotes from
sources. Instead it pops up an error message that the two programs
might be incompatible. Lanching both programs as an Admin user under
Win XP resolves the above issues.
How can I run AB and AQ as non-priviledged user?
