[amibroker] Doing scanning at 3:30 ET. Which data provider?

I wish to download up-to-date (Realtime) quotes into Amibroker 
between 3:30-3:50 EST to perform a last-minute scan before market 
close. The Yahoo Current and other free quotes have a 20-minute 
delay. So, I wish to subscribe a data service so I can get up-to-the-
minute quotes. 

I am using the free Yahoo EOD and Yahoo current now. I need to get 
quotes for more than 3,000+ stocks. I need quotes for stocks only. 

Please recommend an economical provider for this purpose. Thank you 
in advance.
