Dennis, if you have the Indicator Builder then tick the boxes at the
bottom of the window
Middle = price
Show dates  = Show dates :)

If it down not have the IB window with edit window/indicator list and
click boxes in one, then you just need to right click mouse on chart,
select paramters and in that is tab for axes and grids

Sorry cannot exactly recall 4.60, but I think it still had the full IB window
