You can download spreadsheets containing the current NYSE, AMEX, and
Nasdaq symbols from:

http://quotes.nasdaq.com/reference/comlookup.stm

In MS Excel, delete the first two rows and columns A, C, and E.  Save
the spreadsheet as a .csv file.  Once on disk change the extension to .tls

You might need to clean up some of the symbols in the file, depending
on the data source that you use.
