Sure. You'd just create an exploration identifying all the stocks
you didn't want, then move them into a watchlist and use organize
assignments to delete all the issues in that watchlist.

Sure. When you use the Metastock data plugin and set up that
database, one of the options will be to enable saving as a local
database. This duplicates the MS data in a local AB database, which
could then be updated by other sources.
