Morning all :)
Using Ami v4.65.2 beta, I can't get indicators to show as overlays on a price chart.
If I start with a blank pane, drag Price across, it shows OK. I can drag things like Bolly bands, EMAs, etc onto the price chart - no problems.
BUT - if I then drag an indicator from the Custom section, such as Guppy MMAs, the Trend Trigger Factor (from the latest S & C Traders' Tips, copied from the Ami member zone) - it REPLACES the price chart instead of overlaying it. Or at least, it masks the underlying price chart, because when I right-click up near the top border to delete the new indicator, it is listed there along with the price chart and any additions like MAs etc. Once I delete the Custom indicator, the price chart shows again.
Anyone else getting the same problem? I've just tried a couple of non-Custom indicators, such as RSI and OBV and they do the same thing - mask the underlying price chart. The RSI seemed to squash the price chart down to a smudgy multi-coloured line along the bottom, so maybe the problem lies with the Y-axis being different and taking precedence over the main price chart axis, perhaps?
Incidentally, I still think that the "right-click somewhere near the top border" thing for deleting is not very intuitive, and is hard to find. Why not just have the delete options on the right-click ANYWHERE on the chart? Even as a pop-out sub-menu?
Regards, NightStalker.
