As far as I know, the LSMA has relevance
only with the ZLR and the Shamu, the Shamu being a reversal of a ZLR at the
zero line. So if you have a ZLR for a long but a down LSMA, all happening at
the CCI zero line, you might get ready for a Shamu rather than a ZLR.
I have observed that this filters many bad
trades but also some good ones.
I am, however, not a successful Woodie’s
CCI trader. Better ask them than me. For a small hotcomm usage fee you can
watch them live every day. More info on their website.

CCI ZLR
Thanks for emphasizing the use of 25 LSMA for ZLR.
Is there any importance of 25 LSMA for cci
patterns
other than ZLR (like shamu trade and so on)?

Woodie claims that his methods work in any time
frame.
However, as you
state correctly, for EOD stocks he uses a CCI(20).
The 25LSMA is only used when trading zero line
rejects
(ZLR). You only
enter a ZLR for a long if stock price is above the
25
LSMA.
