[amibroker] eSignal Data Manager

Upon installing eSig on my laptop for a trip, I noticed the new version
is 7.8 [build 688] dated 12/06/04.
Quite a change from what I've been running [7.6 build 273 dated
3/30/04]--should I update the old installs?
