What version are you testing with?
This may be a silly question but;
In the code you have, are there any "Plot" statements?
IF memory serves me, the old built-in inticators don't actualy
have "plot" statements... They had comments with the code hidden
above. So if you copy and paste, there will be no "plot" statements,
hence, no plots... (the newer versions and betas do include "plot")
Try adding a simple plot statement like: Plot(c,"c",colorred);
