[amibroker] One more suggestion - Default DoubleClick Behavior

TJ - Ok ok ok... i know you're getting bombarded...  but here's one 
more.

Currently double-clicking in Workspace->Charts is defaulted 
to "Insert".  It would be great if we can have an option to default 
to "Insert Linked".

Please if anyone out there knows of an option to do this already, I 
would appreciate it.

Again, I'm a fan of these changes, already my workspace is so much 
more organized than before.
