[amibroker] how do people maintain new & inactive data from yahoo amiquote

HI ,
I have an asx and usa database i upgrade from yahoo website. I also 
currently ( but in process of not renweing) have a paritech one. 
the paritech one updates new equities and deletes old warrants etc..
does anyone have a systems (preferabley automtaic) for this that they 
use ?
