[amibroker] suggestion for thought (TJ)

In the new formula editor title bar, we can see the file name of the
indicator.  This is nice, but it would be so much nicer if we could
see the complete path.  Particularly during this changeover, and with
most of us rearranging our files a bit, it would be so nice to know
*exactly* what we are accessing.
