There is an "INSERT CHART" button in the toolbar of new Formula Editor.
One click and you have it charted on your screen.

Click with RIGHT MOUSE button over formula tree and press "Refresh".

The other (simpler) way is to use RMB menu New->Formula to create it
and then "Edit"

Default folder is your choice - once you save your indicator to some folder
it will be remembered automatically.
