How can you define a chart pane to be Primary?
You know when you add a "Built-In" indicator, like the Price one for
example, and then you add 1 Custom chart, then you hit Pane->"Arrange
All"... the Built-In Indicator chart will default to a majority of
the size.
Can I specify a Custom Indicator to be primary, such that if I have
ONLY 2 custom charts displayed, and hit "Arrange All" it won't become
split 50/50, but one of them will resize to a majority of the screen.
