Ah ok... so I dont' think the Applystop is what you want.

Try this:
Sell = <see conditions>;
Sell = Sell or C < Highestsince( Buy, StopPriceArr, 1);
               ^-You can chagne this value to what you want.  I 
assume this is EOD system.
