GetExtraData()

Ara,

I am very familar with QP functions and extradata features. I had QP
for 2-3 years. I stopped using QP when I found aaii.com- they have a
software called "stock investor pro". It is a better fundamental
software than QP.

But, that said, I think Amibroker should be able to grab data from
web sites like Yahoo.

If Amibroker could grab data like Float, EPS, Revenue (and other
Fundamental data) from free web sites like Yahoo & MSN. Think how
many users could drop subscriptions to programs like QP, TC2000,
MetaStock, Stock Investor Pro, VectorVest, HighGrowthStockWarehouse,
etc if Amibroker could be the best of the Technical Software
programs AND the best of the Fundamental Software programs....

My thoughts are "why not save the money and spend it on commissions
or shares of stocks".......

Maybe my goals are too high??? Or maybe I am just to cheap by
wanting Amibroker to be my one stop shopping for all my trading
needs....

Sorry for ranting....

Brian
