Hi Chris,

1) I prefer my own indicators as well. I have created my own RSI, CCI, MACD
and VOLUME that incorporate and show thresh holds and are colored for
visible overbought and oversold conditions.

The uncertainty I have with recreating a pricing one is that the native one
uses "Internal Code". If you right click and edit the pricing pane, at the
very bottom of the editor there is a label that states: "This indicator uses
internal code". What I am a afraid of in creating my own pricing indicator
is that I would be missing internal code...if that is not there, am I
creating a disconnect somehow with AmiBroker? Am I missing some fundamental
piece of code that helps AmiBroker interpret or manage the pricing pane?
That really is my concern. Again..no biggy..

2) Ummmm...well, I hope that comment is not causing a stir (maybe it was an
unintended slip from the support individual) as I do like the indicator
builder myself, but I am sure if it is replaced, it will be replaced or
merged with something better(?). I did not inquire further and no details
were offered...

Firstly - I know the solutions were not what you wanted, but in my
experience, I've found that always creating my own price chart was
much easier and cleaner (less lines of code in Indicator Builder)
than modifying the existing built in indicators.

Secondly - The indicator builder will be done away with!?!??!?!?!?
Um... maybe I missed a few posts about this before, but what will we
have in place of IB? Did he say what will change? Not to be
overally dramatic, but that sounds like a dramatic change, doesn't
it? If anyone has the inside scoop on what's going on (Herman, DT?)
can you please share?

Thanks,
- chris
