[amibroker] Tick back fill - Esignal

I use Esignal, have set up a new Tick data base, 65000 bars. Only bars since creation of 
database show up and I cannot  get it to backfill, despite hitting the "Force Backfill". 
Ensign backfills OK, so not the server.
Is there another step I need to take?
