Did you know of the one held in Clearwater earlier this year?  From that workshop came a considerable amount of training materials and strategies. 

Another was held out west by Bill Barack more recently, coordinated by Richard Boroff of FastTrack Monitor.

  I'm a newbie slowly, but steadily, working up the AmiBroker and AFL 
  learning curve.  

  Tomasz, do you foresee ever offering a workshop for AmiBroker and 
  AFL.  I'm sure that I will get up to speed using the resources that 
  you already offer, particularly this yahoo group.  For my own 
  learning style, though, weekend workshops have proven to be very 
  effective at accelerating the process of learning a new skill.
