Got it figured out. I logged in as a non-admin. If I logged in as an
admin, I can see the TC2000 plugin. I prefer to login as non-admin
because it makes the machine less prone to attack, and it means less
damage if a damage does happen.
I think it is a problem with TC2000, but maybe Amibroker can do
something at its side to work around the problem.
