Thanks TJ, but there are only two windows listed. I also checked the task
list for multiple AB instances, there is only one Broker.exe listed. If
there were other programs that caused a problems then it should effect
operation of non-AB programs as well.

btw, some menu item (toolbars) have turned gray ...

I reinstalled 4.6 alone, it WORKS FINE without the 4.63.1 beta (problem is
that my indicators don't work without the latest features).

Running the basic 4.6,  I closed all recent custom indicators and then added
the beta, problem reoccured. 4.63.1 beta related????

Does this give a clue?

  You may have layout corrupted on one computer.
  When this happens sometimes it leads to opening hundreds of windows
  at start.
  Please check how many windows are open (under WINDOWS menu).
