Quite a nice tool, and it's free! Here is a full rundown by O'Rielly

Currently it seems somewhat limited in the types of documents it can
index but this will grow over time. For instance it doesn't currently
index the contents of PDF document types or 'The Bat!' emails.
In the longer term I'd put my money on this tool for desktop document
indexing but right now it's in early beta and lacks a lot of the functionality
contained in ISYS desktop which is my current desktop indexing tool of
choice (ISYS is expensive though). Having said that if you
predominately use Outlook, MS Word, text and HTML files then you are
covered. It's tools like these that can really save you a lot of
time while working a problem and trying to find that elusive piece of info
on your hard drive.
I just came across another free desktop document indexing tool called
Blinkx: http://www.blinkx.com/
Blinkx indexes a few more document types.
