[amibroker] scan returning invalid results

Here is my parameters

Filter=Cross(PDI(14),ADX(14)  ) AND Volume >200000 AND MA(Volume,7) 
>MA(Volume,14) ;
Buy=Cross(PDI(14),MDI(14));

Sell=Close<HHV(Close,5) ;
Buy=ExRem(Buy,Sell);
Sell=ExRem(Sell,Buy);

For me , it returns stocks where volume is 2000 per day. i am not 
sure if filter only parses the first condition?
