Hi Tomasz,
in fact I did have two answers to my original request [originally labeled
as ticket #14072]. Unfortunately they didn't solve the problem and after
my reply (dated 3rd Oct) to last support's mail I haven't had any news.
So, in case my mail were lost, I sent it again to support two times and
one to you.
