Ara,
I did that on a few charts but I ran into a few problems.
1.) I have over 240 charts to annotate and
2.) it does not scale well when printing to a PDF.
I was looking for another alternative if it was possible.

You can type on the chart directly... use the text tool

Is it possible to place notes from either the notepad or a
text file into a pane on the chart? This would be helpful to
be able to put explanations or disclaimers etc on the chart
when printed out for circulation. I have tried the SetNote
and GetNote functions but can't seem to get them to appear.
