While using conditional plot statements (using ParamToggles) i noticed that
when turning on and off certain plots my Arrows would disappear and
reappear. This may be the reason that some of you cannot find/see your
arrows: they might be referred to the wrong plot() and be off scale. Arrows
are referred to the first plot(), perhaps you should try comment out some
plot statements and just leave the price chart to see if the Arrows show up.
Another problem may be that you have NULLs in your plots, no telling what
happens if your arrow's position is referred to a NULL bar :-)
