Hello,

Trough is exactly opposite of Peak.
Several Peaks and Troughs constitute zig-zag line.

Best regards,

Hi John!

Thanks for your suggestions. Google of course returns the
translation of the common known sense of "through", this doesn´t
help me, cause I am sure the funtion THROUGH() would not help me to
calculate the way of a bullet going THROUGH my head. :-)

Trying to learn other meanings of "through" using
http://www.quickdic.de/ I found tons of it, but no one that refers
in any way to a programm-function.

I did not check the archives yet as you suggested, but searched in
the user-guide and was linked here and there until I found that it
is sometimes referred as the opposite of a "peak" !??

So, I really would not ask the userforum for the usage and meaning
of a function as there would be a dozen a day, my post was just
meant to bring some good humour into it and make some readers smile.
But as you replied to it anyway, may I ask you: is "THROUGH" used to
determine a recent low?

thanx

enzo
