[amibroker] How to make indicator that plots Vertical Line?

Can't seem to find the code for it in the AFL reference guide. :D
How to code "draw vertical line on 0930 and 1500".
As u might have guessed, i want to draw a line on open/close of ES 
for visualization purposes when viewing 24hr charts.
