[amibroker] Recording Computer date&time in seconds

Would anybody know how to create a time stamp that gives me the computer
(not Market time) date and time, accurate to the second?

I know it can be done to the nearest minute but i am creating an automated
order log and want to attach a time stamp to each entry that would also
recorde time when the markets are closed.
