[amibroker] Percent Increase After Most recent Low

Group,

I am trying to code when the close has risen a certain percentage 
above its most recent low and when the close has dropped percentage 
wise from its most recent high.

I know I can do this with peak and trough but would rather not do to 
them looking into the future.

I thought "see change" was trying to do this but a search
hasn't come 
up with anything.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
