No there are not needed in charts to display such tools. This things can be (and are) independent.
There is a distinction between what is displayed and how time lines
are calculated. Fib Time Lines in AmiBroker generate lines
based on calendar, not on the fact that given bar has quotes or not.
Each tool in AmiBroker has co-ordinates based on price and absolute date/time
(not the bar number).
So these two do not affect each other.
