[amibroker] Pivot Points, Support & Resistance lines

Can anyone help.
How can I get Amibroker to plot Pivot Points, Support & Resistance 
lines & or Fibonacci lines?
I've been trying to see how this is done using Amibroker but no joy.
I would also not mind any AFL files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
