[amibroker] Help required to import extra field and data

hi 
 
I want to import some data of following format in amibroker software :
 
Ticker, Date, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume, Open Interest, Trades, Value, Delivered quantity
 
ACC, 01-09-2004,260,265,258,264,50000,450000,4680,13100000,20000
ACC, 02-09-2004,262,267,260,266,60000,550300,5780,13800000,15000
and so on 
 
How to import the above data and plot chart based on above data array i.e. trades, value, delivered quantity etc.
 
Also guide me to import future and option data.
