[amibroker] Can this be done with Volume

Is there a way to code for volume based on the time of the day?

Using the theory that dumb money is in the first hour and smart money
is the last hour, is there a way to create a indicator that looks like
adx with its +DMI and -DMI.  My idea would be volume would be shown
like the adx line, +DMI would be the volume at the end of the day and
-DMI would be the volume at the beginning of the day.

Would this be possible to code with amibroker?
