What speed :-)
What i meant was simply that as it is each call will open a window and you
end up with many windows (charts), I guess there are some situations where
this may be useful, for example to compare several charts. I called this
cascading charts because they pile on top of one another. For real time
charting we don't want many versions open...just one that refreshes (or
appears to), your script fixes that!

Well I went ahead and have a script working where it can detect if O3G is
running or not, kill it if it is, and then run it.
You lost me on your second sentence. Could you explain - I'm not familiar
with O3G enuf to know what that means.
One problem: If I kill it an re-run it then it doesn't "remember" the
postion and size from the prev instance. For some reason, TJ won't program
anything other than the main AB exe to do that. FRUSTRATING as HELL!! I
spend half my time repostioning the damned windows! Whew, I feel better
know. I'm just going to write a prog to sit and wait on any of AB's
related
windows to show up and then position them myself.

If you're interested and want to work with me on it I could write a
small
script that you could call via the alertif rather than the O3G prog.
Then
the script could first test to see if O3G was running and if so kill it
before running the next one. The param would be passed to the script.
BTW on that version that William kindly fixed - I hadn't spotted the
extra
pararm in the alterif or it woulda worked - thanks William!

I'll put in a suggestion to have an option added to the O3G to allow a
