Not knowing exactly where you are lacking in knowledge, here are
a few AmiBroker video tutorials found in the support section
of the AmiBroker web site. They will start the process rolling for
you.

Another place to glean good information, is at the AFL formula library:

(do a search for bands or channels)
A lot of the formula there are medium to advanced levels but there are some
that you might find useful.
If you intend to plot your channels on the built-in price chart there
are some specific considerations that you need to take into account.
They are addressed in the second video feed in the above links.
