Of course you can purchase AmiBroker now, but
I can not give you guarantee that NN will be implemented in 2005.
I have quite long list of things to do and NN is among
least requested things. 
I am trying to implement things that are most often requested first.
If NN is cruicial for you, then I suggest waiting with the investment of $129 in AB
until NN is ready.
